FROM VISION
TO MISSION
SKAD was founded in July 2017 by Helge Krill and Daniel Schulz - two experienced experts who spent many years in the cosmos of the 'Big Four'. The goal was and still is to establish SKAD as an excellent management consultancy on the market, whose success is based on a best-people approach. A plan that is working. As evidenced by the strong annual growth rates in team size and satisfied customers.

The SKAD corporate culture
Three building blocks that perfectly characterize SKAD's corporate culture are our mission statement, our corporate identity and our self-image.
Corporate mission

If your goal ist to be well positioned for the future, SKAD is the best advice. Because we focus on topics that are highly relevant for the future viability of a company. Whether IT transformation or restructuring: We solve for our customers what they cannot or do not want to solve in-house. At an excellent price-performance ratio. In time. To the point.

We pursue a best-people approach with a probably unique incentive system. At SKAD, performance pays off just as much as entrepreneurial thinking, foresight and intelligent, efficient action. Our goal is to give our customers the best in return for their trust. And that means outstanding project results and success. Because only in this way can we ourselves be successful.

Corporate identity

SKAD's identity is defined by people who give their best for the success of client projects with the highest quality standards and a far above-average level of expertise. Without losing themselves in the process. Instead, with a goal-oriented perspective and a working time model that fits their personal life goals. Because SKAD is convinced that a person can give her best especially when, in addition to appreciation and an unusually attractive profit-sharing scheme, she also has a working environment in which she feels comfortable, which allows her freedom and in which she can get along without fear and elbow-mentality.

Self-image

What unites us at SKAD are values that we live by and that create trust. Integrity, honesty, reliability and conscientiousness are qualities that count for us. We deal with customers in an approachable, binding and eye-to-eye manner. Those who work with us know us as cooperative, self-confident and respectful. Does that sound standardised? Not at all. Because we clearly give priority to individuality. At SKAD, people can pursue a career with their very own strengths and goals. Whatever these may be. And what goes without saying for us is that we value bright minds - regardless of gender, sexual orientation or origin.

SKAD has already been a climate-neutral company since 2020.
